Job Description :

Duties:

  • Initiate outbound call to explore prospects and handle incoming telephone service inquiry
  • Well handle shipment tracing and claim paperwork
  • Compile reports for the department; support frontline operation,clerical works
  • Requirements:
  • Must hold a Diploma (minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in hotline center or shipping industry is a plus
  • Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
