Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
•  Responsible for performing risk, value management and cost control.
•  Verification of measurements of completed work.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Responsible for On - going cost analysis for the new or re - work of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Ten years working experience.
• Computer Literate.
• Good communication skills in English.
