Job Description :

Duties:

  • Install and perform preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure high quality service is provided.
  • Provide documentation support to the field service reports
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma (minimum) in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1 year (minimum) experience in field service environment or IT related discipline
  • Experience in system setup and configuration (Windows, Linux, Application Server, etc.)
  • Right technical knowledge and excellent skills.
  • Be Familiar with IP network design and implementation
