Required Purchasing Assistant

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Purchasing Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Coordinating with Operations on stock levels and ETA of orders.
• Coordinating with Perfumery group on availability of materials.
• Accurate customer data on purchasing system i.e. addresses, contacts, customer requirements, packaging etc.
• Liaising/coordinating with other functions within EFF to meet requirements both within the UK group and with other   Affiliates.
• To act quickly accurately and carefully in any purchase transactions.
• Follow up Purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Only Female can apply.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
