Customer Service Officer - Account Service

Job Description :

Duties:

• Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
• Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
• Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
• Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
• Requirements:
• Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience in leading customer service/sales support for international trading organizations
• MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
• Spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
