Project Manager (wet Market)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Undertake site supervision and co-ordination to ensure efficient and quality work execution
• Liaise with consultants and internal departments for renovation processing of approval and settlement of payment to contractors
• Monitor the renovation projects of wet markets from design stage to construction stage and project implementation
• Requirements:
• Degree in Project/Surveying/Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimal 8 years experience in F&B, project coordination or management
• Be familiar with project management software tools
• Knowledge of the A&A, fitting out, renovation process in Hong Kong
• Skills in English and Cantonese
