Job Description :

Duties:

  • Recognize and resolve product quality issues between customer and internal QA
  • Work within SAP to accurately process customer orders on a timely manner
  • Work well and closely with company's demand planning and sales teams.
  • Liaise with PMC to optimize delivery for customers and manage inventory cost
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Experience in leading others in customer service/order management/ operations type work
  • Working knowledge in ERP system (eg. SAP) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
