- Customer Service & Operations Manager
Job Description :
Duties:
- Recognize and resolve product quality issues between customer and internal QA
- Work within SAP to accurately process customer orders on a timely manner
- Work well and closely with company's demand planning and sales teams.
- Liaise with PMC to optimize delivery for customers and manage inventory cost
- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree is preferred
- Experience in leading others in customer service/order management/ operations type work
- Working knowledge in ERP system (eg. SAP) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
