Sr. Customer Relation Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Partnership development with business partners or merchants (e.g. banks, retail brands, entertainment, f&b)
• Make out customer requisites and design customer journey roadmap to drive spend and increase customer engagement
• Enhance the fresh marketing automation tools and implement marketing campaigns with new tools
• Requirements:
• Degree holder
• Min 8 years of working experience
• Experience in B2B marketing and partnership/merchant relationship development
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good customer relation and communication skills.
