Manager - Music Publishing Operations & Copyright

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare fresh deal summaries for label and publisher agreements and log on tracker
• Respond to both external & internal label and publisher inquiries regarding reporting  and royalty payment
• Review royalty statements for labels and publishers
• Manage outside royalty and license administration vendors
• Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in the music industry
• Experience in music licensing and understanding of label and publishing contracts, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
• Both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Knowledge or experience with royalty accounting or financial information
