Job Details:

•  Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
•  Receive, prioritize and accurately close service calls via phone.
•  Communicate escalated issues and solutions with team members and supervisor.
•  Project a positive company image through exceptional communication skills and excellent customer   service.
•  Maintain benchmark standards for call backs, incompletes and accountable time.
•  Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
•  Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
•  Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
