Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Technical Support Advisor in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Trains distributors and end-users how to install, repair, maintain and operate Maxon products.
  •  Instructs customer on how to take appropriate action on maintenance items.
  •  Describes and clarifies installation procedures and helps customers resolve repair problems.
  •  Produces field service trip reports as neededfor product corrective action(s).
  •  Supports technical lead by developing and debugging issues.
  •  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree.
  •  2-5 years Automotive Diagnostics & Repair experience.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Proven independent learning and problem-solving skills.
