Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further prepare a detailed budget for the same.
• Monitoring Contractors cost control procedures through the Design Phase, Construction Phase, Final Account Defects    Maintenance Phase.
• Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and own the negotiations with vendors.
• Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary.
•  Responsible for periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to    manage project budgets.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Seven years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills in English.
