A leading Company Looking for an experienced IT Recruiter in Kochi.Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Recruiting candidates through internal database, referrals, and other strategies.
  • Understanding the business requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of   the candidates.
  • Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
  • Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US based clients.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting:interview,offer,negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
