Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Telephone Operator in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Answering incoming calls and directing those calls to the proper parties.
•  Identify telephone system problems and immediately alert the proper personnel.
•  Enter change in shift for Respiratory, Phys. Assist and Nursing Supervision, etc.
•  Contact interns and residents for outside calls, units and codes.
•  Monitors and responds to alerts routed from emergency equipment.
•  Facilitates emergency announcements over the public address system. Redirects Service Pagers.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
•  Previous customer service skills.
