A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Adhere to monthly, weekly and daily qualitative and quantitative targets/SLA's.
  • Maintain a high level of performance against all Campaign and Contact Centre standards both behaviourally and   functionally.
  • Escalate calls promptly to the next appropriate person, when necessary.
  • To maintain a high standard of productivity at all times.
  • Expertly handle objections and customer concerns.
  • Adherence to GDPR and data breach processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
