Job Description :

Duties:

  • Responsible for the estate management of residential area at Taikoo Shing
  • Inspect the common areas and facilities of residential buildings
  • Handling residents' complaints / enquiries and other duties assigned by the Estate Manager.
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma in Housing Management / Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related industries
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; (Putonghua is an advantage)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
