Duties:
Work as in charge of operations of all restaurant outlets including sales turnover, customer service, staffing, food promotion and financial performance
Secure highest operational efficiency and provide exemplary service to customers.
Lead and manage a team of more than 1000 staffs.
Duties:
Minimum 15 years managerial level experience in Retail (FMCG) or F&B industry
Experience in either Retail Management and people management
Good communication skills and command in Cantonese is a must;
Be a smart and presentable person with good leadership skills.
