Job Description :

Duties:

  • Work as in charge of operations of all restaurant outlets including sales turnover, customer service, staffing, food promotion and financial performance
  • Secure highest operational efficiency and provide exemplary service to customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of more than 1000 staffs.
  • Duties:
  • Minimum 15 years managerial level experience in Retail (FMCG) or F&B industry
  • Experience in either Retail Management and people management
  • Good communication skills and command in Cantonese is a must;
  • Be a smart and presentable person with good leadership skills.
