Urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintain timely and accurate data and provide routine analytics.
•  Provide innovative recruitment strategies and plans to recruit a diverse workforce.
•  Manage workforce planning to align business staffing initiatives and formulate and implement.
•  Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
•  Represent company at recruiting events and professional conferences.
•  Establish and lead the Recruitment policy and practices necessary to recruit & retain talent.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years experience in same field.
•  Demonstrated problem solving skills.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
