Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  •  Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
  •  Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence.
  •  Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions. 
  •  Selected candidate will handle incoming and outgoing absence calls from employees.
  •  Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Great interpersonal skills.
  •  Effective oral and written communication skills.
