Duties:
- Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
- Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
- Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
- Requirements:
- Appropriate Educational qualification and valid credentials
- 2 to 3 years of experience on the same position (freshers can also apply)
- Be a smart and presentable person.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Transferable visa 18
- Good customer service skills.
