Bakery Chef

Job Description :

Duties:

• Examine each recipe and collect all necessary ingredients
• Arrange kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Inspect freshness of food and discard out-of-date items; Monitor food stock and place orders
• Supervise cooks and helpers; offer assistance as required.
• Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Bakery of Star hotels or Prominent Bakeries.
• Knowledge of Preparing Burger Buns, Sandwich Breads, Croissant, Cheese Cakes etc.
• Valid Transferable Visa article no 18.
• Be a passionate and skilled in the same field.
