Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Philippines.
Job Details:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Provide highly responsive service and support to our customers and agents in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Manage and prioritize customer needs and requests; answer questions and solve customer problems promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Computer and Web proficient.
- Degree/Diploma Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
