A leading Company Looking for an experienced Credits and Collections Officer in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Contact customers to make payment arrangements/establish payment dates and resolve issues and disputes.
• Deal with customers professionally, diligently, and courteously while collecting payments.
• Provide information and answer inquiries pertaining client's account.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented approach and use call resolution techniques when escalating calls.
• Be innovative and proactive with ideas to continuously improve credits and collection- related processes, services and   deliverables to the client.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
