Job Description :

Duties:

• Offer professional concierge and security services of the highest quality to the residents of a luxury residential property in Mid-Levels.
• Handling inquiries and complaints
• Prepare regular reports and data as required.
• Liaise with relevant parties and departments, maintaining excellent rapport with residents
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry
• Valid security license needed.
• Valid Driving license preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Fluency in Putonghua is a must.
