Security Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Maintaining, monitoring and controlling the overall Security operations
• Cost management and planning for numerous scenarios inclusive emergencies and loss prevention
• Liaise with building owner’s representatives and attending regular owner’s meetings.
• Requirements:
• Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
• Membership of CIH or HKIH is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Minimal 15 years of experience in property management of luxury residential developments, of which 10 must be at supervisory level
• Experience in managing large scale residential development will be a plus.
