Scrum Master (digital Transformation)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog and prepared for execution.
• Lead daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
• Manage inter-dependencies between agile teams.
• Monitor scrum process and coach the teams on how to use scrum and Agile practices and methodology.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Min 5 years experience as a project team member or in agile software development including coaching on agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of agile principles and concepts.
