Job Details:

• Manage a cross-functional team of 4-8 engineers.
• Empower your team to build scalable and secure systems for Maven's users, both medical professionals and patients.
• Train, mentor and conduct regular reviews for engineers at different stages of their careers, building them into happy and   productive engineers.
• Planning architecture, prioritization, and working with your product manager peers to maintain a high velocity for your   engineering team.
• Lead and manage a team of managers and engineers
• Collaborative with internal stakeholders to identify new needs and develop new solutions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
