Job Description :
Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in selling IT software or solutions
- Retail sales and regional experience is an asset
- Be smart and presentable person always.
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
