Duties:
- Analyze and evaluate existing policies and procedures regularly
- Make sure the legal compliance with high competitiveness in the market
- Responsible for internal communication and stakeholder management
- Work closely with management on ad hoc projects and duties
- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of solid C&B experience gained from sizeable organisation
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills
