Duties:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing policies and procedures regularly
  • Make sure the legal compliance with high competitiveness in the market
  • Responsible for internal communication and stakeholder management
  • Work closely with management on ad hoc projects and duties
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid C&B experience gained from sizeable organisation
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills
