Job Description :
Duties:
- Install and perform preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure high quality service is provided.
- Offer documentation support to the field service reports
- Develop and keep up good working relationship with customers
- Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 1year experience in field service environment or IT related discipline
- Good experience in system setup and configuration (Windows, Linux, Application Server etc.)
- Be familiar with IP network design and implementation
- Knowledge of RFID solutions or devices preferred.
