Job Description :
A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Intern in Kochi,Kerala.
Job Details:
- Supporting People Services team and ensuring benefit providers are updated of any employee changes – such as new starters, leavers, family changes, salary changes, etc.
- Managing payment of monthly invoices and recharging to employee's cost centres.
- Following up on all off-boarding formalities (exit letter, info to Payroll, return of material).
- Finance archiving.
- Sending daily invoices to Iron Mountain and following up on invoice payments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience is required.
- IT Skills.
- MBA Holder.
- Good communication Skills.
