Urgently looking for an experienced Chef Partie in UAE.
Job Details:
- Ensures all equipment in working areas are clean and in proper working condition.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and control protocols.
- Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations.
- Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Knowledge of best cooking practices.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
