Job Description :

Duties:

  • Provide technical support to the assigned application systems to ensure smooth operation
  • System job monitoring, data uploading, data update, system template generation, system or data or operation problem resolution etc.
  • Recognize the improvement opportunities, analyse and assess the business requisites, develop and align the system solution.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year experience of working as application support analyst or similar positions
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Knowledge in more than one key business areas like ERP, CRM/CDP, SFA/MFA, TPM/TPO, TM1 knowledge is a plus
  • Good communication skills in both written & verbal Chinese and English
  • Be a smart and presentable person with good analytical skills.
