Job Description :
Duties:
- Formulate & implement sourcing strategies
- Liaise between business units and legal/complaince
- Maintain the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
- Manage supporting documentation for sourcing decisions
- Requirements:
- 5 -10 years of Procurement/ Vendor Management experience, preferably within Banking & Financial Services
- Excellent command of in English and Mandarin
- Computer skills including Excel (pivot table), Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
