Job Description :

Duties:

  • Formulate & implement sourcing strategies
  • Liaise between business units and legal/complaince
  • Maintain the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
  • Manage supporting documentation for sourcing decisions
  • Requirements:
  • 5 -10 years of Procurement/ Vendor Management experience, preferably within Banking & Financial Services
  • Excellent command of in English and Mandarin
  • Computer skills including Excel (pivot table), Powerpoint and Word
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
