Urgently looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Managing work schedules and daily assignments of all housekeeping/laundry staff.
•  Coaching and counseling staff as needed for performance or attendance issues.
•  Check assigned areas to verify work is being done and staff is cooperating.
•  Maintains constant and consistent communication with the hotel staff at all times.
•  Adheres to radio and key procedures, and holds other staff members accountable to key protocol.
•  Maintain and execute all customer service standards when interacting with guests.

Job Requirements:

•  Highschool diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Exceptional customer service skills.
•  Excellentorganizational and team management skills.
