Duties:
- Examine each recipe and collect all necessary ingredients
- Arrange kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
- Inspect freshness of food and discard out-of-date items; Monitor food stock and place orders
- Supervise cooks and helpers; offer assistance as required.
- Requirements:
- Valid certifications.
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Be a smart and presentable person.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a passionate and skilled in the same field.
