Job Description :

Looking for a Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Analyze overall material needs and outside service requirements and works with Purchasing to resolve potential issues.
• Reviews on-going production capacities and workloads and adjusts a schedule as necessary.
• Creates and plan orders with ERP system which includes lead-time offsets as well as forecast ship dates, etc.
• Using given constraints (capacities, purchasing goods, etc.), revises production plans, if necessary, to meet forecasted ship dates.
• Submits quotations to estimating and files quotations electronically.
• Expedites past due purchase orders and updates the ERP system with current information.
