Job Description :

Duties:

  • Reporting to the CEO of the bank, share your vision on how to take the bank's operation module to the next level.
  • Take initiatives to lead up projects and enhance the bank wide operation processes.
  • Lead up a team of over a 100 headcounts and 7 operation departments.
  • Requirements:
  • Min 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Managerial experience of min 5 years for a large team.
  • Must have Computer skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
  • Good communication skills.
