Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Prepared acceleration, prolongation extension of time claims.
  • Issued contractual correspondence to Client/ Main contractor.
  • Negotiating the cost assessments with the Client/ Main contractor subject to final agreement.
  • Following Up on site Progress.
  • Producing monthly valuation for interim certificates.
  • Creating star rates including any additional evaluation, negotiation or notification.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
