Duties:

• Establish the merchandise planning team direction with clear goals in line with the company sales plan
• Manage the merchandise planning team, ensure the sales performance and the inventory level in line with the company business plan
• Work well with various internal sectors to ensure the merchandise planning in line with the market trend
• Requirements:
• Degree holder needed
• 10 years of experience in merchandise planning with handling different categories
• Good experience and skills in managing a team
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
