Job Description :

Duties:

• Responsible for CRM system input for incident, treatment, result to share the situation to CRM team in HQ
• Responsible for customer service & support activities
• Suggest printing technology to suppliers, distributors and customers
• Supervise the technical matters of the distributor  
• Requirements:
• Diploma (minimum) in a related discipline is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in industrial printer business.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Right technical knowledge-skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
