Duties:
- Enhance the talent acquisition strategy as to attract right talent for the company
- Partner with country CEO and BU heads to work over job requirements and the needs for the posting
- Monitor hiring service from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offer tendering to on-boarding
- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
