Looking for a Receptionist in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  • Electronic calendar maintenance.
  • File and maintain records for all departments. 
  • Provide information about establishments, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  •  Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate person based on needs.
  •  Hear and direct issues or complaints from customers and public to proper management personnel.
  • Maintain general office and break room supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  •  Efficient time management skills.
  •  Proven skills in oral and written communications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
