Job Description :
Duties:
- Support Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, materials, order, invoice, delivery
- Liaise with departments and customers for time and cost effective solution
- Offer prompt response and solution of customer inquiries
- Requirements:
- Diploma (minimum) in Business or related discipline
- Good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Good command over spoken & written English and Chinese.
- Be a smart and presentable person.
