Duties:

  • Support Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, materials, order, invoice, delivery
  • Liaise with departments and customers for time and cost effective solution
  • Offer prompt response and solution of customer inquiries
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma (minimum) in Business or related discipline
  • Good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Good command over spoken & written English and Chinese.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
