Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Global Analytics in Hyderabad.

Job Details:

•  Play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation activities of the Global Reporting and Analytics   function.
•  Provide a suite of reports to business leaders while identifying innovative ways to improve the quality   of talent insights through dashboards.
•  Manage and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to business leaders.
•  Apply industry best practices to bolster projects.
•  Gather and analyze data and prepare and disseminate reports/presentations that provide insight, identify   trends, and offer recommendations to the management team, in addition to daily reporting for the   broader team.
•  Support HRIS projects in the pipeline from a long-term perspective following HR strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong communication skills.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
