Building Inspector Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Building Inspector in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Observe construction contractors, subcontractor's performance of work.
• Provide recommendations to appropriate government representative as to whether work is in full compliance.
• Provide technical support, review contract pay request for accuracy and process submittals.
• Attend meetings for inspection coordination, contract administration, site security and all other project matters.
• Review and monitor the Contractor's submittal register for; completeness, timeliness of submissions, and compliance    with contract requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
