Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Answering and routing phone calls from existing clients, potential new clients, attorneys, doctors and other colleagues using a multi-line telephone system.
- Greeting and interacting with visitors.
- Organizing and maintaining the lobby, conference room, filing room and kitchen.
- Retrieving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and delivering outgoing mail to the post office.
- Managing case files.
- Data-entry, including using QuickBooks to enter monthly case expense information.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
