Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Answering and routing phone calls from existing clients, potential new clients, attorneys, doctors and other colleagues    using a multi-line telephone system.
  • Greeting and interacting with visitors.
  • Organizing and maintaining the lobby, conference room, filing room and kitchen.
  • Retrieving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and delivering outgoing mail to the post office.
  • Managing case files.
  • Data-entry, including using QuickBooks to enter monthly case expense information.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
