Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Create and deploy career development programs for employees.
  • Identify and prioritize training and development activities for all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership to plan and execute succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with skill trades program providers.
  • Plan and delivery training programs that support technical and skills training for employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • With valid Driving Licence.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills in English.
