Job Description :

Duties:

Provide end-user, hardware, software technical assistance
Network, Security products such as router, switch and firewall maintenance
Server health check up, system tuning, upgrade and troubleshooting
Execute administration on Microsoft, Windows, VMware ESXi, Nutanix and backup
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
Minimum 2 years in server maintenance, server, system migration
Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, VMware vSphere, router, switch, firewall
Good command in English and Mandarin
Excellent analytical skills needed.
