Duties:

  • Enhance the talent acquisition strategy as to attract right talent for the company
  • Partner with country CEO and BU heads to work over job requirements and the needs for the posting
  • Monitor hiring service from job posting, candidates screening, interviewing, offer tendering to on-boarding
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and managerial skills.
